Two Bedroom Maine Homes, Harder To Sell, Move.

Two bedroom Maine homes, ideal for some and not so handy dandy a fit for many others.

How come? Well if the two bedrooms are upstairs, the folks that can do with that small a number often can not climb stairs so easily.

As a little thing called age happens.

And fondness for stairways that are steep or twisting, turning are not easily trotted up and down. Not something you do wearing a big happy smile.

If a couple has a family and let’s see what Maine home will fit us.

Here is a boy, next one is a girl, whoa. Where do we put the boy and a girl and still have another bedroom of our own for the mortgage payer of the Maine home?

Nice Maine house, cute location, all fixed up but two bedrooms too small. If the average couple has 1.6 kids. And the roll of the dice comes up with one of each flavor, sex.

On the other hand a Maine home with half dozen or more bedrooms becomes like sliding on pants too large to keep them up. From dropping off and causing all kinds of problems.

Less is more and if you are retire, relocating to Maine, the move into a smaller one floor two bedroom home could be all you need.

To free you up for a winter home elsewhere outside the one in Maine.

To have a smaller sized job jar to wrestle with and to have to open wider than you would like. To say ouch with the pinch to your wallet area you sit on.

In life, your real estate needs expand and contract depending on what it happening maine flowers photowith it.

Elderly parents and want to have them close, under the same roof could mean moving to a larger home that has that first floor efficiency area.

Of if your health goes to pot, that two story rambling house is traded into for a low to the ground first floor only model.

Or apartment income is how you buy a more expensive Maine home than you could not afford otherwise.

Without the rental income from a tenant or two. So two bedroom  Maine home, like the two door sports car when your family needs a mini van or four door model to fit all the family players in.

And their stuff for a road trip. Try to get a three bedroom home in Maine if you can. That extra third bedroom can be a den, bonus area or home office. But for the next Maine real estate buyer, with the boy and a girl, it works just fine.
