To be on the level of the real estate buyer you hope to have using, watching, listening to videos, you have to see the segment of the audience you are after.  The buyer of real estate has to relate to your work. Camera work that jitters, audio that stutters, stammers, or talks incessantly about not much is going to make the visitor flit. And never come back.

Videos for the local area, the property listings get better the more you do them. And if you think about a story board before firing up the blinking red video camera light, the end result is easier to swallow. Makes more sense.
