Sugarloaf Golf Club in Carrabassett Valley has been voted Maine’s best course in past Golf Digest’s issues.

For the 25th time in its history Sugarloaf’s golf course has come out on top. It provides an excellent outdoor workout while Mainers wait for snow to ski on to arrive at the mountain. It’s considered one of the toughest golf courses in New England.

You need to visit another season other than the one when you strap on a pair of skis or a snowboard to sample the spring, summer, fall weather. Grab your bag of golf clubs, you need to sample a Maine golf course or two.
