Real Estate Buyers, All Say Same Thing.

Real Estate Buyers, All Say Same Thing.

Real estate buyers are like you and me, busy people.

And from my industry experience of 34 years I hear the same remark over and over. Usually because of earlier frustration, they just want information and feel teased. Put off. Delayed.

Or realize some websites, agencies too are just low fat, no food, where’s the beef. It happens too often.

Maine real estate buyers don’t want to snack, wait, have to remember ot call during business hours.

The new real estate professional’s office is online, never closes. Has to be easy sailing. The buyer wannabee not feeling stuck, dead in the water. And like a buffet, now we’re talking is what the real estate buyer mutters, smiles. Eyes water in a good way, mouth too. Finally.

As he or she wearing their jammies late at night figure it out. They have come to the right online beehive.

Boatloads of images, real estate videos buzzing, maps, surveys, aerials and helpful time saving links. All over the place. Complete details. The nitty gritty, the features. Like a new car build and the passenger side rear window sheet of what this baby is all about. What it has for options, is under the hood.

And because real estate buyers all want information, but not delivered the same format, you need to be broadcasting several media streams. All tailor made for segments of the real estate audience. So they can have it their way, special presentations. No matter if holding a small screen on the run in a public place. Or curled up in a cozy corner recliner with a cat, apgan. Laptop balancing on the chair arm. They are here to shop, tour the area, properties too online. Like right now. But need the packaging torpedoed, smoke signalled all over the hailing frequency dial.

Because if you have not noticed, it is no longer a vanilla and chocolate kinda World when the window goes up.

It’s time to order up ice cream when the buyer is hot to trot to buy Maine real estate.

Better be serving up a varied selection of all the flavors.

Give choices. Every price range, location, type of property listing.

Plus if all you post is real estate property listings, oh oh. Not all the instruments playing together to make sweet, in tune music.

Not a complete online experience happens. Because the buyer from out of state needs to know about your schools, property taxes, crime, hospital, library and what the heck you do for fun in these parts where you list, market, sell.

So blog posts for the FYI, FAQ are so so critical to be playing in the local band selections. Heard loud and clear.

houlton farms dairy ice cream photoOn stage under the same spotlight in the most important purchase or sale buyers and sellers ever make in a lifetime.

So like a big box store, make sure all the departments are within a mouse click.

Parked in the corner of their eye to reach out and open up. Drop down. Or keep idling to go back and forth.

As one by one this, this and that topic gets thrashed out completely.

The real estate buyers want to know about Maine weather.

The recreation. The fun of being in your area. So cool your jets on just peddling properties, listings if you want to be helpful.

Provide that service. Give them what they want and let them take their time on a website or social media platform open for business when they are ready to shop.

And if the total real estate marketing package is online and easy to open, browse.

And does not make that buyer feel dumb. It has to be consistent, predictable in the way derby andy mooers photoyou deliver, serve up the information so no confusion happens.

The connection gets made, the bond grows stronger.Trust builds.

The buyer not dependent on having to track down an agent and realizing shoot. It’s 7 o’clock in the evening.

Sunday morning. Don’t put them off. You would not like it either. They are ready to sail, start the wheels rolling. Don’t want to put on the brakes or stay parked, waiting, yawning, nodding. You have to be ready to be called to perform, on the drop of a double click of the trigger finger. Or tap tap on a screen of a very small but powerful device.

Expectations, we take the job of setting them, surpassing them very serious when working with Maine real estate buyers and sellers. Hope you like our sites, all of our media options in the way we market Maine real estate.
